Haninge centrum

The station was opened in 1901, and was then known as Österhaninge. In January of 1913, its name was changed to Handen, which is still the official name of the nearby built-up area. In 1989, the name was changed to Haninge centrum.
I know Haninge centrum well; it's where I lived and worked when I first moved to Stockholm in 1994. These pictures don't actually show the station, though; they were taken a short distance north of the station in order to capture trains in motion.

This picture, looking north toward Skogås, shows a southbound train approaching. Haninge centrum is behind us.

Haninge centrum, southbound train passing

(20 May 2000)
The same southbound train as it passes the point where I and a few friends were taking pictures. At the extreme left, the A-shaped roof marks the station at Haninge centrum.

Again, the same southbound as it nears Haninge centrum.

And here, a northbound train has just left Haninge centrum.
